SnagQ Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SnagQ ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use the SnagQ iOS app and related backend service.

SnagQ helps users notice Slack messages that may need follow-up. The App is designed to store only the information needed to provide this functionality.

1. Information We Collect

When you connect Slack to SnagQ, we may collect and process the following information:

• Slack workspace ID and Slack user ID
• Slack OAuth access token, stored in encrypted form
• Slack message reference data, such as workspace ID, channel ID, message timestamp, thread timestamp, source type, received time, and follow-up status
• Notification settings, such as whether notifications are enabled
• Apple Push Notification service device token for sending push notifications
• App session information, stored as hashed session tokens
• Basic technical logs needed to operate and debug the service

SnagQ does not intentionally store Slack message body text in its database. Message text may be retrieved from Slack when needed to display the follow-up list or classify the message, but the service is designed to store message references and status rather than message bodies.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to connect Slack, detect messages that may need follow-up, display your follow-up list, open the relevant Slack message, send push notifications, maintain app sessions, and debug, secure, and improve the service.

3. Slack Data

SnagQ uses Slack APIs and Slack Events to provide its core functionality. SnagQ accesses Slack data only for the features you enable through Slack authorization.

SnagQ stores Slack access tokens in encrypted form. You can delete your Slack connection and associated app data from "Delete Connection and Data" in the app. This deletes Slack connection information, notification settings, device information, app session information, and follow-up status data. Messages in Slack are not deleted.

4. Push Notifications

If you allow notifications, SnagQ stores an Apple Push Notification service device token and uses it to send reminders about pending follow-ups. You can disable notifications in the iOS system settings or in the App where available.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process information with service providers only as needed to operate SnagQ, such as Slack, Apple Push Notification service, and hosting or database providers used to operate the backend service.

These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide SnagQ, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Follow-up records and Slack connection data may remain until you delete your Slack connection and associated app data in the app, or contact us to request deletion.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of Slack access tokens and hashed storage of app session tokens.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices

You can delete your Slack connection and associated app data from "Delete Connection and Data" in the app, disable push notifications in iOS settings, request deletion of data associated with your use of SnagQ, or contact us with privacy questions.

9. Children's Privacy

SnagQ is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the "Last updated" date above.

本プライバシーポリシーは、SnagQ（以下「本アプリ」または「当方」）が、SnagQ iOSアプリおよび関連するバックエンドサービスにおいて情報をどのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

SnagQは、Slack上で返信・確認が必要になりそうなメッセージに気づきやすくするためのアプリです。本アプリは、この機能を提供するために必要な情報のみを保存する方針で設計されています。

1. 取得する情報

Slack連携を行った場合、当方は以下の情報を取得または処理することがあります。

• SlackワークスペースIDおよびSlackユーザーID
• Slack OAuthアクセストークン（暗号化して保存）
• Slackメッセージの参照情報（ワークスペースID、チャンネルID、メッセージ時刻、スレッド時刻、種別、受信時刻、対応状態など）
• 通知設定（通知が有効かどうか等）
• プッシュ通知送信用のApple Push Notification serviceのデバイストークン
• アプリのセッション情報（ハッシュ化されたセッショントークン）
• サービスの運用・不具合調査に必要な基本的な技術ログ

SnagQは、Slackメッセージ本文をデータベースに意図的に保存しません。未返信一覧の表示やメッセージ分類のために必要な場合、Slack APIからメッセージ本文を取得・処理することがありますが、保存する主な情報はメッセージ本文ではなく、メッセージの参照情報と対応状態です。

2. 情報の利用目的

取得した情報は、Slack連携、対応が必要になりそうなメッセージの検出、未返信・要対応一覧の表示、該当Slackメッセージを開く機能、プッシュ通知、セッション管理、不正利用防止、サービスの保守・改善・セキュリティ確保のために利用します。

3. Slackデータの取り扱い

SnagQは、Slack APIおよびSlack Eventsを利用して機能を提供します。Slackデータへのアクセスは、ユーザーがSlack認証を通じて許可した範囲で行われます。

Slackアクセストークンは暗号化して保存します。ユーザーは、アプリ内の「連携とデータを削除」から、Slack連携情報、通知設定、端末情報、アプリのセッション情報、未返信の対応状態データを削除できます。Slack上のメッセージ自体は削除されません。

4. プッシュ通知

ユーザーが通知を許可した場合、SnagQはApple Push Notification serviceのデバイストークンを保存し、未対応メッセージに関する通知を送信するために利用します。通知は、iOSの設定またはアプリ内設定から無効にできます。

5. 第三者提供

当方は、ユーザーの個人情報を販売しません。

ただし、SnagQの提供に必要な範囲で、Slack、Apple Push Notification service、バックエンドサービスのホスティングおよびデータベース提供事業者に情報が処理される場合があります。

これらの事業者は、それぞれの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理します。

6. 情報の保存期間

当方は、SnagQの提供、セキュリティ維持、法令遵守、紛争解決に必要な期間、情報を保持します。

フォローアップ記録やSlack連携情報は、アプリ内で連携と関連データを削除するまで、またはユーザーからの削除依頼があるまで保持される場合があります。

7. セキュリティ

当方は、Slackアクセストークンの暗号化保存、アプリセッショントークンのハッシュ化保存など、合理的な技術的・組織的安全管理措置を講じます。

ただし、通信または保存の方法が完全に安全であることを保証するものではありません。

8. ユーザーの選択肢

ユーザーは、アプリ内の「連携とデータを削除」からSlack連携と関連するアプリデータを削除すること、iOS設定からのプッシュ通知の無効化、SnagQの利用に関連するデータ削除依頼、プライバシーに関する問い合わせを行うことができます。

9. 児童のプライバシー

SnagQは児童を対象としたサービスではありません。当方は、児童から個人情報を意図的に取得することを目的としていません。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

当方は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。更新した場合は、上記の「最終更新日」を変更します。
